EAP Quality of Work Life Assessment

The University Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is collecting information about the quality of work life (QWL) challenges of our labor force. In summary; quality of work life (QWL) is identified as one's personal reaction to the work environment including their feelings or experiences such as perceptions of control, involvement, commitment, work - life balance and well-being in relationship to the job and organization. QWL includes topics such as employee work and health outcomes, organizational processes and interventions and organizational systems of work - life integration.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey outlined below. Your participation in this project will help the EAP deliver programs and services to improve the QWL and work - life integration and balance of our workforce. Completion of this survey is voluntary and your responses are confidential.
