Welcome to the sign-up form for mental health workshops offered by the Counseling Center. Our workshops focus on developing skills or exploring topics that help students to Be Well. Do Well. And Live Well.

All workshops are offered free to JHU students. These workshops will share information about mental health and wellness, but they are not a substitute for mental health treatment.

For the remainder of this semester, we will be offering all workshops online through Zoom:

Drop-in Mindfulness and Meditation Sessions - (Tuesday 3:30pm and Fridays 3:30pm) - join us to practice mindfulness and meditation skills on Tuesday or Friday afternoons.

Drop-in Stress Management Skills Sessions - (Fridays 1-2:30pm) to help you develop tools to better manage your anxiety and stress.

Drop-in Wellness/Positive Psychology Sessions - (Tuesdays 4-5pm) to learn and practice skills that enhance experiences of work, play and satisfaction with yourself and others.
